Please check this article to setup the Make an Offer button. If its still not showing up, you may check this trouble shooting article. If both fails, feel free to reach us at support@lury.app, we would be happy to set things up for you!

When you enable a collection, all products within that collection will have Make an Offer button. You can use the Product Block feature to Block the products individually within that collection. So those blocked products will never have Make an Offer option, no matter what.

Please email us at support@lury.app along with the collection you want to hide products from. We will Block that collection and confirm you. This will block all products inside that collection and those products will never have Make an Offer even if they belong to another active collection. Simply put, products inside a blocked collection will never have Make an Offer button, no matter what.

We charge 1% of the final sale closed with Lury’s Make an Offer feature. That charge is capped at $500 per month. For sales above $50,000, we do not charge anymore for that month. This means, your store will NEVER be charged more than $500 per month. 

Some examples:

  • Your shop made $10,000 sales for April – The charge will be $100 (1% of $10,000)
  • Your shop made $50,000 sales for April – The charge will be $500 (1% of $50,000)
  • Your shop made $70,000 sales for April – The charge will be $500 (1% of $50,000 and all further sales will attract no charge)

A sale will considered for charge when it has happened through our app AND the order has been successfully paid.

 We do not charge for any of your sales outside the app.

Sure, please download & fill this excel sheet and email it to support@lury.app. We will then update the content for that language for your store and get back to you as soon as its finished(usually in a day).

We provide ready made translations for 9 languages that are displayed on the pop up automatically based on the site’s language. Its possible your language is not on our (ready made) supported languages. Below the languages we support out of the box,

  • German
  • French
  • Dutch
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Portuguese (Portugal)
  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • Polish
  • Russian

If your language is not in the above list, please download & fill this excel sheet and email it to support@lury.app. We will then update the content for that language for your store and get back to you as soon as its finished(usually in a day).

You can temporarily turn off the app completely by going to Settings page within the app at Shopify Admin and choose Disable and click Submit. This will ensure Make an Offer feature will not be displayed in any page of your store. When you Enable it back, all your configurations, content and settings will be back online instantly.
